What type of work do you do? Currently a broke unemployed college student
How long is your typical gaming session when playing EQ? Between 5 and 8 hours a day generally
What does a typical EQ day consist of for you? Questing, researching (game data, not spell research), discussing issues on the forums that i think deserve discussing, and occasionally raiding
What was the race and class of your very first character? My first character was a Gnome Necromancer who did not last past level 5. my first real character was an Iksar Shadowknight
What got you into gaming and what sort of games do you like the most? I’m not entirely sure what got me into gaming, now that i think about it. One of my friends in my old hometown had Megaman games and Mario 2 for the NES. I’ve liked them ever since. my favorite games almost all types of games, but  4 of my top 5 games are RPGs (Lufia 2, Chrono Cross, Front Mission 3, and Seiken Densetsu 3) with the last one being a sidescrolling platform game (Super Metroid)
What other hobbies or activities do you take part in, other then playing EverQuest?  I watch Anime and write stories.
What is your highest level in EQ? Level 70 and 382 AAs
What race and class is your main character? Iksar Shadowknight
What do you like the most about the class you have chosen for your main character? Shadowknights are very unique, in my opinion, with a good variety of functions and it’s nice to be the quasi-evil guy from time to time. Plus I like beating up paladins.
Does your main character worship a deity? Chanaluss follows his lord, Cazic-Thule
How did you choose your main character's name? The technical reason is, I never liked how I picked stats originally. Chanaluss was my 3rd attempt at an iksar SK. the first 2 were named Chanalus (after a character in my stories). When I rerolled a 3rd time, the name Chanalus was autorejected. The only other cool name I had at the time was Charuthus, but when I rerolled Charuthus, the name was autorejected. At that point I decided to try Chanaluss. It worked, and then I began another chapter in my stories to explain the name change.
Which classes in EQ have you NOT played? Enchanter, Cleric, Druid, Shaman, probably because I worried about my old dialup connection preventing me from being effective at those classes.
What is your favorite expansion? Ruins of Kunark. It had the best history of any expansion in my opinion.
What is your favorite zone? Probably the Plane of Fear or Veeshan's Peak, because they were both zones that if you did not respect, you would die. Vex Thal is an honorable mention though.
What is your favorite npc? Emperor Draygun, the Lich King. the draygun event is absolutely amazing, and I enjoy every time I am involved in it. Honorable mentions are Solusek Ro and Kaas Thox Xi Aten Ha Ra
Which expansion do you like the least? Planes of Power. it made a lot of game changes that I was never very fond of.
Which zone do you like the least? I am not fond of many of the Prophecy of Ro zones, and I absolutely dislike the hive.
Which npc do you like the least? Morden Rasp. In my opinion, the absolute biggest mistake in the game's history.
What is the most platinum you have ever spent on purchasing a single item for one of your characters? 150kpp (Circlet of Shadow)
Do you have an item you no longer use but keep around for nostalgic reasons? If so what is it and why do you keep it? I am a collector of rare items, actually. I possess some of the more rare items in Everquest, but I tend not to carry them around. however, almost all of the major weapons I used, I carry around, like Greenmist (server's oldest that isn’t on an inactive account), Innoruuk's Curse, Ethereal Bladed Naginata, and The Sword of Ssraeshza, because they were significant parts of Chana's in game history and my friends that have long since left the game. Chana's most precious item, however, is a Rose of Firiona given to him by his love, a wood elf bard who has since left the game.
What do you like best about EverQuest? In game Lore, and the large variety of history between the races and zones.
What do you get out of playing EverQuest? An enjoyable time with friends I’ve gained from the last 5 years.
Describe your best experience from playing EverQuest? My best experience in Everquest is finally finishing my Innoruuk's Curse. After a year of suffering at the hands of the Plane of Fear and the lack of a soul leech in over 100 golem kills, I had lost hope. Some very good friends helped me out though, and I finally completed my Lhranc fight in 2003.
Do you run or work for an EverQuest Fan Site? I’d like to work for an Everquest Fan Site, but I do not currently.
