Where in the real life world do you live? A suburb of Cleveland, Ohio, USA

How long have you played EQ? About 6 and 1/2 years now.

What other MMOs have you played? EverQuest II for 2 weeks, and I currently still play Counter Strike where I own four servers in it.

What type of work do you do? While attending college, I am a cook at IHOP.

How long is your typical gaming session when playing EQ? Probably about 5 hours.

What does a typical EQ day consist of for you? Raiding and getting a little experience on the side.

What was the race and class of your very first character? Female, Wood Elf, Ranger. (Created a female since I heard they get more money when they beg.)

What got you into gaming and what sort of games do you like the most? A friend who lived near me who started up EverQuest. RPG's and first-person shooters.

What other hobbies or activities do you take part in, other then playing EverQuest? Tricking, (Search for "Obs the Friendless" in www.youtube.com to see what tricking is, and me in action.) Tae Kwon Do, writing poetry. =/

What is your highest level in EQ? Level 75 with a little over 1000 Alternate Advancement points. I also have a level 73 with a little over 300 Alternate Advancement points I can box whenever I feel like it. =/

What race and class is your main character? Iksar, (Half Elf) Druid. The lower level is a Dark Elf, Magician.

What do you like the most about the class you have chosen for your main character? Druids can solo if you can't find a group or can group. In addition, they can either be a main healer, or a class that dps' although their dps isn't the best.

Does your main character worship a deity? Cazic-Thule! =p (Karana)

How did you choose your main character's name? I was taking a photography class in high school at the time, and there was one of the newest cameras, which was called, "The Camera Obscura." Obscura was rejected, so I tried Obsqura, and it worked. With my magician, his name is Okeian. I gave a few items to someone in the East Commonlands bazaar, and told them I am creating a magician and will run there for him to transfer the items to the magician. I forgot to think of a name, so I wanted it to start with an "O". I hit the random name generator, and got "Oke", then I added "ian" and it sounded okay, so that is how I came up with his name.

Which classes in EQ have you NOT played? Bard, Berserker.

What is your favorite expansion? Planes of Power.

What is your favorite zone? Cabilis, because as a half elf, I can run through the zone and not get attacked, unless I get near the Beastlords, Necromancers, or Shaman. =p

What is your favorite npc? Mayong Mistmoore. Only because he made it so I can be an iksar whenever. =)

Which expansion do you like the least? The Serpent's Spine.

Which zone do you like the least? Valdeholm.

Which npc do you like the least? King Odean. It takes way too long to kill him, in addition, if you mess up when you are far into the fight (hour into the fight) you have to start all the way over. There needs to be more points where you get a lockout at. The fight is downright annoying.

What is the most platinum you have ever spent on purchasing a single item for one of your characters? 206,000 platinum for a Gold Ticket from the casinos.

Do you have an item you no longer use but keep around for nostalgic reasons? If so what is it and why do you keep it? Nature Walkers Scimitar, (Epic 1.0 ) Crown of Deceit, Hammer of Hours, Righteousness, Tri-Plated Golden Hackle Hammer.

What do you like best about EverQuest? I can temporarily escape from real life and enjoy playing EverQuest with others from around the world. I even traveled all the way from the United States to Denmark for a gathering with mostly European people.

What do you get out of playing EverQuest? A sense that I have done so much to accomplish many things. I like to help people out and it makes me feel good inside. ; )

Describe your best experience from playing EverQuest? Probably from back about a month after Luclin was released, unguilded, I received my Epic 1.0, Nature Walkers Scimitar at level 59. That was cool. Also, being there for the Mayong Mistmoore first serverwide kill with Raging Fury. =)

Do you run or work for an EverQuest Fan Site? Kind of. I have made maps for the Prophecy of Ro and the Serpent's Spine expansions with help from others. I host the maps at http://www.obsservers.com/eq.htm where they can be downloaded and pictures of the maps are on the site. This is one way I help others. When I receive a tell from a person on another server I have never met before, thanking me for the maps, I feel really good. =)
