Did you see this skeleton in the Anniversary Newsletter in March or did you receive an email reminder about the "The Fabled Adventurer" video contest?

If you didn't then you may not be signed up to receive emails about EverQuest.

To make sure you receive future mailers, do the following:

  1. Click on the My Account link on the top bar (the station one) or Click on the Newsletter link on the EQPlayers website.


  2. Click on Email Newsletters.


  3. Select EverQuest and others you wish to receive.


  4. Click on the button.


  5. Or you can just visit https://secure.station.sony.com/optin/viewOptins.m .

Oh help me evil Zatozia! How come I never seem to get any EverQuest emails?
There are a couple of reasons you may not be receiving the emails from SOE.

  • Incorrect Email Address:
    To update your email address, click on the link that says, visit the Registration pages.

  • Email is being blocked:
    If your e-mail system has a block, junk, bulk, or spam mail folder, you'll want to make sure that it allows e-mail from The Station@sony.com [station-mailer@sony-online.com] You will need to check the options, properties, or preferences of your mail system to determine how to set this up.

  • Options not saved:
    There's a chance that your options were not set correctly when the system changed over to this system in the past. To fix this, visit the Newsletter and Promotional E-mail Selections Page and click on the [Clear-All] link and click on the button. Then select your options again and click on the Make Changes button once again. That should refresh the list.

Oh great Zatozia, how can I get my character highlighted or get my story featured in an EverQuest Newsletter?
Getting featured in the Newsletter is easier than you think. If you are actively participating in the community on the forums and in game by contributing positive sources of information, detailed feedback, new ideas, stories, artwork, and participating in contests, challenges, discussion threads, and other forum fun, you increase your chances of being featured.

If you have special stories, strategy guides, or other interesting news to share, submit them and there's a chance it will get featured in one of the next editions of the EverQuest Newsletter or on the EQPlayers website. Submit your news.
