Bard, Paladin, and what? - question asked by Community Member code-zero. My usual group includes me, a Bard, and my Paladin friend. When duoing we sometimes discuss how handy it'd be to have a third along so that we could light a campfire. Any suggestions on a decent and useful toon for this sort of arrangement?
Death Penalty - question asked by Community Member tacobellcowboy. I think it would be great if this issue could be re-visited. I have been playing this game off and on since it first came out and losing experience when dieing is a pain...not to mention getting your gear back. Even though WoW is easy mode I do like the idea of paying for damage to your gear rather than losing experience. I also preferred the game before the POK books... I still remember that scary first run from Rivervale to Freeport. If you want to have a challenge in the game do it in ways like that.
Dimensional Pockets! - idea shared by Community Member Neuribbit. I was looking at my bank space one day and thought, "I wish that I could make more space in here." After looking at the banks on several of my characters, roughly 50% of the items were for flags and keys. That equates to about 8-12 bags tied up with these items that are so rarely used in my worn inventory. Why not have bags that fit in bags? The answer is that having containers nest is not possible with the current inventory system, and will most likely remain the same. So, nesting containers is a dead end.
Should soloing being factored into class balance? - question pondered by Community Member Richard. IE Two classes are equal healers, one can also solo and one can also dps. Is that a fair trade? I know the designers of the game say it's not a soloing game. However, I don't believe that. Perfect example: The solo tasks in Don were 20 times easier for certain classes. The lesser mold droppers (Steppes and SS) in tss are soloable at least duoable for many non raiders. The one non-nerfed solo task in tbs. XP. AAXP. I am sorry but either make this balanced on it's own and give non-soloers soloability OR factor it in to overall class balancing, so that if you can not solo you have other advantages in groups & raids. This increases fun and progression. It needs to be addressed. It should also be noted that the classes that are the best soloers (apart from warriors, druids imo) are usually the least LFG and most wanted. I believe the designers will be looking at this before the next expansion. I do not believe they have blinders on. They attempted to fix this with potions. Maybe an AA for non-soloers to lower recast time on potions and con vendors into selling potions at good prices. A lifetap poison on mobs up to level 73.
