How many hotkeys do you use? – discussion started by Community Member bumkus
I am looking to tune my hotkeys, but it got me curious to know how many hotkeys other people use. I imagine there are diehards out there that are tapped out on hotkeys across the board. AA Suggestion – discussion started by Community Member WindfyreSkii
We all know some AA's have prerequisites but how about AA abilities that require you to have X number of AA's before you can buy it. Caster burst damage needs a boost – discussion started by Community Member Diet_Canada
Main focus I would like the thread to be is that casters need a boost in burst damage. Right now melees burst for the most damage and longer fights can even surpass caster damage by 30%. I'm not going to bother posting parses because it's pretty much public know how for anyone that raids. it's no secret many melees are now breaking past 3k dps-some even tied what wizard did pre nerf. I'm fine with them doing that much dps but i don't think it was ever intended for them to be the top dps or even be even with casters for any events under 10 mins. If anything casters need to be doing much more then that considering the limitations of mana. Compared to melee damage which is usually never limited with auto and melee damage landing on almost everything, just complemented with endurance, gear/aa buffs, special abilities… Are bards unbalancing the game? – discussion started by Community Member joshua43214
Before DoD was released, I rolled a chanter and played him as a main for a while. During this time, I started to realize that bards where supplanting my roll in groups. Since that time, I have retired my chanter and have finally come to the conclusion that bards are the single most unbalancing thing in EQ. Proposed: Save Raid Set / Load Raid Set – discussion started by Community Member -Kela-the-Gypsy-
What are the odds that something like saving a raid setup could be implemented? I think something of this nature could be a tremendous asset to raid leaders as a way to organize their raids a little quicker than normal and also enable them to have different setups for different events. Obviously the people in the raid vary from day to day somewhat but for many guilds, there is a solid base of the same classes / people that show up every day so I think something like this could be very handy. I see two possible ways to implement this: by name or by class. For example: 1 cleric 1 shaman 3 rogues 1 berserker would load into group 1 automatically. If there were no berserkers that day, the spot would be left blank and anyone that didn't fit into the saved scheme would go to the bottom of the raid list. From there the leader could easily drop players into the spots that didn't get filled because of different players showing up that night.
