I have been thinking about the issues many guilds have with numbers and how it can stall progression, regress or completely destroy a guild. Outside of the local uber guilds and a few of the second tier guilds, many second and third tier guilds have constant problems with numbers. In order to progress in the 54 man format you pretty much need at least high 40s and preferably full raids. Many guilds have to do with less than that, and often with less than desirable class makeups (shortage of warriors, clerics, dps etc). It's not that these guilds can't beat the encounters through lack of skill or gear, but that they simply lack the numbers to do so. A simplistic answer would be to recruit more people, but the reality is that the pool of potential recruits is very limited for these guilds. So I want to suggest a solution. Topic says it all, however, just the skill duel wield, no double attack or anything special, only the ability to use 2 damage/delay weapons. In my opinion, it wouldn't be something that would unbalance the game in anyway, just adds a bit more fun to battle casters. Leadership AA's could use a new set of abilities/modifiers, as has been stated many times before. I was thinking of one last night, since I spend wayyyy to much time thinking about this game. Target Debuff (8 Leadership AA's) - See all detrimental spells (such as slows, DoT's, Tash, etc) of your target. Does NOT include timers or the 30 sec flash. I don't think it would be over-powering or game-breaking. If you're really paying attention it's info you would have anyways. But how many Enchanters would be saved the annoyance of a broken mez if someone targeted a mob and could see that it was mezzed.
