Important Note about Pre-Orders:

If you Pre-Ordered EverQuest Secrets of Faydwer from the Station Store, your account has been temporarily flagged for EverQuest Secrets of Faydwer All-In-One Compilation Pack and you have been granted the Pre-Order Item. Please note that until the Pre-Order is converted, you will only see Pre-Order for Secrets of Faydwer, the Legends of Norrath item and the Gnomish Steamfists under account management.

If your Pre-Order is successfully converted over from a Pre-Order to a subscription, you will gain access to the Worg Mount and the additional features that were granted with the EverQuest Secrets of Faydwer All-In-One Compilation Pack, tomorrow (Wednesday, November 14th). Special Note about the Worg: If you attempt to claim the worg and have an Epic 2.0, you will currently not be able to claim it.  This issue will be resolved with the next items Game Update.

We will attempt to convert Pre-Orders twice.  If your Pre-Order is not successfully converted after the second attempt of processing the Pre-Order to a subscription, you will lose the features that you did not have before placing the Pre-Order.

***Do Not Cancel Your Pre-Order!*** If you cancel your pre-order you will loose the Pre-Order item and will not be able to get it back.

You should not be charged twice for expansion. If your Pre-Order is NOT successfully converted over from a Pre-Order to a subscription, it may be due to billing information that was provided.
