TSS Raids are too easy – Discussion started by Community Member Noken_Xeg
Hi, my guild has recently made healthy progress into Solteris. The TSS raids we still do for loot are too easy, dieing too soon and generally being less challenging than they used to be. The loot is still used too, so obviously that's ok. In summary please make TSS massively harder. Start by raising all attack values and generally increasing max hit by about 25% to 50% too. Especially events like FC Overseer and Sothgar are too easy. Also, even though we haven't done it in a long time (and personally I've never even seen) I think Odeen and Vergalid are too easy. As proof I give you the following quote from Merloc "Tradeskill armor is quite good." We're not a top 10 guild so I understand my opinion is worth less, but clearly this current content being far too easy is unfair to new guilds. They DESERVE the opportunity to struggle for every last win like we used to in TSS. Solo Content – Discussion started by Community Member pvthudson
I was wondering, with every expansion I see things like "over a 100 new challenges" for solo or group. What exactly does this mean? And what are missions? I have been out of game since 2004 so I am totally a newb, but I did used to raid in PoP. However now the game has a ton of new features I don't really get. What I am concerned with is: keying and flagging. How does a new player start over and even catch up? "Must Do" Quests – Discussion started by Community Member Xtream
I'm just inerested in what quests people regard as a must and why, regardles or level class/faction specific or what ever reason. After being away for 5 years the amounts of quests available now is just totaly confusing. Does anybody still do the old game quests or are they all totally superseeded by the later expansions? Are quests any easier than they used to be? Returning to EQ – Discussion started by Community Member Mstephen
So I haven't played in a good long time, but I've been getting bored recently and looking for something to do. I always loose interest in single player games to fast and lately been loosing interest in MMOs. Just got done with my 5th level 70 on WoW and do not care to do another on there right now. So I purchased an all access pass on Sony and figured I'd hop around some between the few MMOs that it gives me access to so that maybe I don't get to bored of any one in particular. My main question is: As an eastern time zone player, are there any servers that have a good population of lower level characters that I would be able to group and level up with? I never have been big into soloing, it gets to boring to fast. I have a 68 monk but its on a different account than the one I activated because this one is the one that has my Vanguard and EQ2 characters on it. On the account that I activated I have a 24 Necro and a 24 Shaman both on The Combine, and when I logged on last night and went to Mistmoore I was the only person in it. I figured with it being a hotzone if I was going to find groupmates that would be the place to go. So I'm guessing The Combine is just dead for lower level players. That's pretty much the only question I have right now, if anyone can help me out any with that. Wish Sony would release a new progression server, that would the be the ideal solution for me right now, if people actually went and played on it anyway lol.
