In order for your EQPlayer data to be updated, you MUST have your EQPlayer Auto Update turned on. Just issuing the /eqplayer command is not sufficient to update your data.

To update your EQPlayer data you must:

  1. Turn ON EQPlayer Auto Update
    • This can be found in the General tab in the options window (ALT-O)
  2. Issue the /eqplayer command from your chat window
  3. Turn OFF EQPlayer Auto Update (if you wish it to be off)

PLEASE NOTE: It will still take some time for EQPlayers to update your information after following the steps above, so please do not expect the information to change immediately after the update is done. Please allow some time (24 hours for Living Legacy leader boards) for the update to complete. If you continue to have problems, here are some tips on reporting EQPlayers issues.
