I was just made an officer of my guild, which I find astonishing. However, it was mentioned that while we have lots of tribute in the guild bank, no one seems to be using it. In fact when I look on the guild roster, most everyone seems to be opted out of the guild tribute. I couldn't see anyway to opt people back in. Is there?

So a noob I am, I just went inside the guild lobby for the first time. Didn't really know what to expect, but eh, whoa there are tons of people in there! The place is almost as crowded as bazaar. So that's where everybody sits around these days eh?
Ok I do have a question. I read somewhere some post said you could port in guild lobby. I looked around but couldn't find any ports. What am I missing? Do you have to be in a guild? Thanks in advance.
