Does anyone know where I can find a guide about raising the skill? Also I'd appreciate any suggestions for good items to use in raising my throwing skill for a human warrior? I've been using velium shuriken; anything better out there? Thanks in advance. OH MY GOSH - Discussion started by Community Member Moiraine501 I don't really remember at this point how to play the game and I don't remember where I parked my toons when I left the game...sigh I hope I don't get smushed minutes after I log on...... So much to see. So much to do. But where? - Discussion started by Community Member Jinsou Hey all, returning player here after an 8 year hiatus (stopped playing in early 2002, just after Luclin came out), and the game just seems ridiculously huge compared to when I left it. It's really confusing trying to figure out where to go as a newbie now, especially since the new tutorial seems detached from the more gradual progression away from a starting town I was used to from every other MMO I've played in the interim. I figure a lot of the expansions I've missed have catered to higher level characters, but since new races and a new class were introduced I figure there has to be some newer low level content out there, I just can't find it. Anybody got any tips on where to go as a newbie? I'm a level 6 monk, with a healer merc basically still in the tutorial area (I played the free trial, but rerolled when I resubbed proper), but I've poked my head out in the Plane of Knowlege and the game is just bewilderingly large. Basically, what are some good, modern, low level questing zones? Where can I go when I'm done with the tutorial cave? It's getting boring with nobody even in there with me, even though my merc friend keeps me company. Oh, any tips of travelling to said zones would be helpful too. I tried zoning from PoK to a couple of the areas that didn't sound familiar to me and they were filled with frightening creatures that I could tell really wanted to eat me, so I bailed out... | | |
