SOE Customer Service Ustream Event
Have you ever wondered about the people on the other end when you submit a petition or help ticket? For our next live Ustream event, we'll highlight SOE's Customer Service department.
During this special event you'll learn a little about the ticket process and you'll be able to chat LIVE with customer service representatives from EverQuest, EverQuest II, Star Wars Galaxies, Free Realms, Vanguard, PlanetSide, EverQuest Online Adventures, and Technical Support.
Join us on Tuesday, January 26, 2010, starting at 1:00 pm PST (PST is -8 GMT: 2:00pm MST, 3:00pm CST, 4:00pm EST, 9:00pm GMT, 10:00pm CET), for our Customer Service Spotlight event on Ustream.
Want to submit a question ahead of time to increase your chances of it being answered? Send your question via email and it may be selected!

- Your Question: (not including the information above)
- The questions must be appropriate and within our Terms of Service
- *You do not have to include all of the information above. Example: If you don't want your character name connected with your forum handle then don't include both! If you include both we'll read them!
Reminder: All questions must be received no later than 10am US Pacific Time on Friday, January 22, 2009.
When watching our live webcasts, you can just visit the channel and watch or you can log in to Ustream and chat via text with the Community Team and our special visitors.
