Here is a summary of the various minatenance being performed on April 20th.
Voice Chat Maintenance:
Voice chat will be unavailable starting at 1am PDT on April 20, 2010. The voice chat network will be upgraded at this time. We expect this maintenance to take about an hour.
Account Services and Commerce Maintenance:
Account services, including account maintenance, all commerce, and Station Storewill be down for maintenance for 2 hours on Tuesday, April 20, 2010, from 4:00 am PDT to 6:00 am PDT. The Station Store and all commerce avenues will be unavailable for the entire duration of maintenance. This may also affect the performance of the forums and any or all accounts' abilities to log in. EverQuest servers remain up. Characters that are logged in before the maintenance will be able to continue playing. Anyone who is not logged in before the maintenance window will need to wait until the maintenance has been completed before they can log in.
EverQuest Game Update:
All EverQuest Live Servers (except Al'Kabor) will be coming down on Tuesday, April 20, 2010 at 6:00 am PDT for an update to address an issue with veteran rewards. The servers are estimated to be unavailable for 2 hours. (PDT is -7 GMT: 7:00 am MDT, 8:00 am CDT, 9:00 am EDT, 1:00 pm GMT, 2:00 pm CET) Keep an eye on the EQ Players website and the forums for status updates and for news if additional downtime is needed.
