When did you start playing EQ? I have played since April 18 2003 so a little over 2 years.
Do you play EQ on a laptop or desktop computer? I play EQ on a Desktop computer.
Do you play on dial-up, cable, or DSL? I use DSL.
What was the race and class of your very first character? My first character was a High Elf Magician.
Was EQ your first online game? EQ was my first online game.
What is your highest level in EQ? Level 66 is the highest I have reached.
Do you prefer to solo or group? I like to solo sometimes but sometimes I like group. Depends on my mood.
What do you like the most about the class you have chosen for your main character? I like Warrior because they get right in and smack the mob around.
Is your main character in a guild? My main character is not currently in a guild.
How many characters do you have on your main server? I have 7 characters on my play server.
Does your main character worship a deity? My main character is Agnostic.
Which classes in EQ have you NOT played? I have played every class in EQ at one point or another.
What is the most platinum you have ever spent on purchasing a single item for one of your characters? The most I have ever spent on an item was 60k (Split Blade of Destruction)
What is your favorite expansion? Favorite expansion I would have to say is Kunark (Epic crazed)
What is your favorite zone? My favorite zone will always be Greater Faydark.
What is your favorite npc? My favorite NPC is Llara the Mysterious...
Which expansion do you like the least? Expansion I like the least would have to be Planes of Power (Death to PoK!)
Which zone do you like the least? I hate Plane of Fear... Never going there again.
Which npc do you like the least? I don't like the Spiroc Lord. (Killed me too many times)
Do you have an item you no longer use but keep around for nostalgic reasons? If so what is it and why do you keep it? I keep the SoulFire that I have on my Paladin even though there are much better Paladin items.

Fabled Treant Staff - finding the fabled grizzleknott(sp?) up when we were looking for the fabled Quillmane was quite a treat, I met a good friend that night, and it added a new dimension to pulling for a while with a root proc. ;)

Was EQ your first online game? No, I played Ultima Online first.

Do you prefer to solo or group? I'm more of a soloer, but I like to group with good people.
What do you like the most about the class you have chosen for your main character? I mainly play two races - Vah Shir and Barbarian. I like them because
both races seem to have a civilization that rewards dignity and loyalty.

Does your main character worship a deity? Yes - The Tribunal
Which classes in EQ have you NOT played? Magician, Wizard, Necro, SK - I don't do evil, and I'm not that big on int casters.
What is the most platinum you have ever spent on purchasing a single item for one of your characters? Maybe 350 - 400 pp
What is your favorite expansion? Shadows of Luclin - I love the Vah Shir.
What is your favorite zone? Too many I haven't seen to make a choice.
What is your favorite npc? I admire Fippy Darkpaw's persistance.
Which expansion do you like the least? N/A
Which zone do you like the least? Can't say, although Marus Seru is pretty damned ugly.
Which npc do you like the least? That wandering ogre in Steamfont. Can't remember her name, but it'll be a pleasure to kill her one day.
Do you have an item you no longer use but keep around for nostalgic reasons? If so what is it and why do you keep it? I think I've got a few newbie tunics molding in the back of a box in the
bank.

Do you play EQ on a laptop or desktop computer? No. Too much trouble to make a laptop work for me. Desktop owns!
Do you play on dial-up, cable, or DSL? Neither. I play on Wireless. It is like cable, DSL but is use a radio signal. Much like you wireless phone. I have an antenna on my roof pointing to the ISP radio tower. I big fat cable comes down from that connects into my PC.
What was the race and class of your very first character? Wood Elf Ranger. The Lord of the Ring’s got me hipped up about roll playing again. I stared looking for D&D modules and groups. I could not find any and somebody told me it was about dead. That it was being replaced on line with MMORP games. In comes EQ =)
Was EQ your first online game? No. My first was an fps. Quake 2. Loved that game.
What is your highest level in EQ? Lvl 65 chanter
Do you prefer to solo or group? I love to solo. But chanter is at the point where it just ain’t fun. So, now I’m always LFG to join.
What do you like the most about the class you have chosen for your main character? I love being able to CC. The idea that I can save the group from a wipe rocks!
Is your main character in a guild? All my toons are guilded.

What is your favorite expansion? LDoN That addon is a blast. Wish you guys would change it some to get players back in it!
What is your favorite zone? Thrugadin (sp)? That dwarf Ice City is the best thought out in the whole game! Midgets tossed though bar windows, guards asleep in class rooms! Yeah I love going there!
What is your favorite npc? I like the PoD. I love going to DS. The port graphic they have is sweet! I have it timed so I walk INTO the graphic just as the zone loads. Makes me feel like I’m walking though a portal.
Which expansion do you like the least? PoP. All this flagging is hard as hell. I came in the game late and it is hard to find groups to do raids. They all been there done that.
Which zone do you like the least? I forget the name of the zone, it is just off Marus Saru… zone has no air. I didn’t know this. I zoned in and died. I have not been back since. Felt I was wronged hehe
Which npc do you like the least? Dvinn. That SOB killed me so much as a noob. I have zoned in CB just to get him back a time or 2.
Do you have an item you no longer use but keep around for nostalgic reasons? If so what is it and why do you keep it? Nah. Not enough bank space. I’m a hard core tradeskiller. I need my slots. Can’t use? Tribute. Cant Tribute? Destroy/Sell.

When did you start playing EQ? I began playing in 1999.
Do you play EQ on a laptop or desktop computer? I play on a Desktop.
Do you play on dial-up, cable, or DSL? I access with Dial-up.
What was the race and class of your very first character? My first EQ character was (a short lived) Half-Elf Ranger who happened to step out of Surefall just in time for a GM event, at level 1 and naked.
Was EQ your first online game? My first (graphical) online game was The Realm, at the time offered by Sierra.
What is your highest level in EQ? My highest level in EQ is 70.
Do you prefer to solo or group? I enjoy being able to play both in a group and solo.
What do you like the most about the class you have chosen for your main character? What I like most about the class I have chosen as my main (for now, Cleric) is the ability to Help other players, be it buffs healing or rezzing. It's great to find someone who is frustrated over a death or losing a fight they can't escape and turn things around for them, sometimes making their day.
Is your main character in a guild? My main character(s) are guilded.
How many characters do you have on your main server? All of my character spaces are taken on my chosen server (Nameless)
Does your main character worship a deity? All of my characters chose deities relevant to their class and nature, except my Gnome Enchanter who could find no Clockwork deities.
Which classes in EQ have you NOT played? The only classes I have not played in EQ are Beastlord and Berzerker.
What is the most platinum you have ever spent on purchasing a single item for one of your characters? The most platinum I have spent at one shot on a single item for a character would be 45k for a Stone of Focussed Rage. (though I was tempted by Rejuvinating Shield of War at 70k)
What is your favorite expansion? My favorite expansion had to be Luclin. While it had much in the way of unfinished quests/broken content, and numerous graphics issues, it offered the best overall mix of content for the widest range of levels and play styles. Whether you were a casual soloer or a high end raider and no matter your level, Luclin had content for you.
What is your favorite zone? My favorite zone is Erud's Crossing. Fun music, good fishing, seahorses, and vampire bats. What more could you want in a vacation spot?
What is your favorite npc? My favorite NPC is Kizdean Gix. He's just misunderstood I tell you!
Which expansion do you like the least? The expansion I liked the least has been PoP. It had some good triggered events and raid encounters, but the flagging system it used, and the fact that except for PoK it excluded what was at the time a huge portion of the player base, made many feel left out.
Which zone do you like the least? The Zone I like the least is the revamped Mistmore. Pathing issues. Need I say more?
Which npc do you like the least? The NPC I like the least is Discordling Warfiend. I think he has tracking and watches for me heading to MPG or Anguish.
Do you have an item you no longer use but keep around for nostalgic reasons? If so what is it and why do you keep it? I keep my 7th coldain shawl and the issue kit and marching orders, more for nostalgia than the thought that I will ever complete the 8th. I have better already but the weeks I spent on tradeskills and collecting the pieces to get there are difficult to send to the destroy button. And the Qeynos Badge of Nobility on the off chance there is ever an additional stage added to it, since that quest series was quite fun.
